Father's Involvement With Their Children: United States, 2006-2010

Monday, 2/3/2014

A report from the National Health Statisitcs Reports measured fathers' involvement with their children. Father involvement was measured by how often a man participated in a set of activities in a 4 week period with children who were living with him and with children who were living apart from him. The report measured that the increased involvement of fathers in their children's lives has been associated with a range of positive outcomes for the children. For further information on the report, please go to www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nhsr/nhsr071.pdf
