Postpartum Progress.com is a blog that assists mothers that are suffering from postpartum depression and other mental health issues by serving as a support network in hopes of decreasing the stigma associated with postpartum depression. The Video depicts seven mother's perceptions of postpartum depression and how it has affect their lives and the lives of thier children.

The Garrison Story video was created by the Carolyn E. Wylie Center for Children, Youth, & Families in collaboration with the Inland Empire Perinatal Mental Health Collaboration (IEMMHC). The Garrison Story video intertwines home video, picutures, and Greg Burchett's narrative of how his 17 month old son, Garrison, was murdered as result of Garrison's mother suffering from postpartum psychosis.

Professionals are continuing to strive to discover new strategies to support women, children, and thier families that suffer from postpartum depression. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the Eunice Kenndedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Developmement (NICHD), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc (DST) have partnered together to create Mental Health Across Lifespan Initiative. The Initiative hopes to not only educate women, but also the general public about issues related to women's mental health.
